Campus Involvement Opportunities
Where would you like to get involved on campus? An Impact Center representative will contact you regarding your interests. Select all that apply:
Khanna Career Connections Conference (In-Person Event). This annual campus event is held on a Saturday in September with over 150 current students attending. Alumni may assist with registration, act as session moderators, attend networking events, and much more. This is a one day commitment.
Homecoming Student/Alumni Networking (In-Person Event). This event is held at Homecoming and is a great way to get involved with Homecoming events and help students with career development. This is a 1 to 2 hour commitment.
Impact Fair (In-Person Event). This event is similar to a career fair and is held during the spring semester in late January, early February. Alumni may participate as exhibitors or as networkers. This is a 3 to 4 hour commitment.
Professional Workshop (In-Person or Virtual). Alumni with specific expertise and experience may present a professional workshop on a variety of topics. Some examples include: Personal Branding and Online Presence, Transitioning from College to Career, Time Management, and Networking Strategies. This is a 1 to 2 hour commitment.
Company or Facility Tour (In-Person). Alumni may offer students the opportunity to tour their company or facility. These opportunities provide students with first-hand insight into real-world applications of their studies, bridging the gap between theory and practice. The Impact Center would coordinate student transportation. This is a one day commitment.
Donation. Alumni may give a monetary gift to support Impact Center initiatives. Opportunities for monetary support include the Khanna Career Connections Conference and the Impact Fair.
Class Presentation (In-person or Virtual). Alumni may give a class presentation to students in a specific major regarding their career path. This is a 1 to 2 hour commitment.
