PROGRAM & MAKE UP POLICIES

• There is a 24 hour on weekdays /48 hours on weekends cancellation policy Private lessons and Court Time.
• Program participants will be eligible for a make-up if APTC is notified of an absence at least 24 hours in advance.
• All Students are eligible for a MAXIMUM of 2 make-ups Per Session.
• Best efforts will be made to accommodate make-up requests but Make-Ups are NOT GUARANTEED.
• If make-up is scheduled and you do not attend you lose your make-up. There are NO MAKE-UPS or REFUNDS for missed classes.
• There is a $25 non refundable registration fee and a $100 Non Refundable Deposit is required to enroll for all programs.
• No Refunds or Credit will be given for withdrawal or absences after the session begins.

Liability Walver and assumption of Risk and Release

In consideration of his/her participation at Active Pickleball and Tennis Center ( APTC), Participant hereby acknowledges, knowingly and voluntarily assumes any and all risks of personal injury or property damages which might be associated with tennis, pickleball, sports conditioning and fitness-related activities. Participant certifies he/she is in good physical condition, sufficient to use the facilities and participate in the program. Participants hereby agree to and accept our policies. Participant, on behalf of him/herself,  his/her heirs and anyone acting on Participant's behalf, releases, discharges and holds harmless the APTC, Taylin Corp, Hemco Inc, Queens College Auxiliary  Enterprises Corporation, and CUNY, City of New York and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives (collectively, Releasees) from and  against any and all claims arising, directly or indirectly, in connection with Participant's participation in the program or any event related thereto from any cause  whatsoever, regardless of whether caused by the negligence of the Releases (the Released Claims). APTC has my permission to take and use my photos & videos publically to promote the practice. I understand that the images may be used in the print brochure, website, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.Participant, on behalf of him/herself, his/her heirs and any one acting on Participant's behalf, covenants and agrees not to bring or be a party to any legal action or claim against the Releases from any reason based on  any of the Released Claims.
