We advise all Users or subscribers to make use of the links and sources to find a new home as soon as possible to avoid disappointment or delay. As soon as a new home or tenancy is secured using our service; Subscribers must inform us of tenancy Start or booking. ***Payment will be taken only after a new home or room to rent is confirmed.
