Highland Lakes Pool Party Contract

Time frame is from 10am-8pm for a max of 2 hours

1. Must be 21 years of age to host a pool party. There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk.
2. All parties will be scheduled through Association Link. Requests must be made in writing through e-mail at hoa@associationlink.net
3. Two weeks’ notice is required for all parties.
4. Renter is required to clean up and remove all trash from the party. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $75 added to your HOA account.
   a) All moved furniture be put back in its original place.
   b) Removal of all decorations, accessories, extra chairs, and tables.
   c) All trash must be picked up and thrown away. Trash must be taken home with resident/renter.
   d) If the pool area requires additional cleaning or is not left in a condition suitable for the next rental, payment may be required based on the fee of a cleaning company.
   e) No decorations are allowed to be hung using any adhesives, thumbtack, staples, etc.
   f) No glass bottles, etc.
5. Renter is responsible for the conduct and actions of the party guests. Failure of renter or guests to follow pool rules will result in a $75 fee added to your HOA account and/or possible loss of pool access.
6. In case of rain, the party will be rescheduled between the member and the Association Link.
7. Parties will be limited to a maximum of 2 hours. The time frame available is 10 AM - 8 PM. Two rentals allowed per weekend and rental bookings are first come, first served. Association Link must have rental agreement to book a rental.
   a) Up to 20 additional guests per party are allowed.
   b) Set-up may begin 30 minutes prior to the event and cleanup must be completed 30 minutes after the event is scheduled to be over.
8. Please know that this reservation does not constitute exclusive use of the entire pool area.
9. Kitchen use in clubhouse is available for rentals only.
10. Gas grills are allowed in parking lot only.
11. Bounce houses are allowed in the grass area behind the pool. No water slides.
12. You will receive a confirmation email from Association Link approximately 2 business days prior to your rental. Please be prepared to show the confirmation email to pool attendants or board members who may request confirmation of your rental upon entering the pool area.
