Competency-Based Recruitment

Under the Candian Sport Governance Code, WCH is moving towards becoming a full competency-based board. With a maximum of 3 vacancies coming up this year with priority to female candidates, WCH is seeking candidates with a high level of competency specific to at least one of the following areas:
- Secretarial and Finance
- Coach Development and Education
- Legal
- Marketing
The nominations committee will be responsible for reviewing your candidacy, interviewing candidates and making recommendations to the WCH board for confirmation of inclusion on the ballot.
