Resale packages are usually processed within 7-10 business days (see note below) and can be prepared sooner with a rush fee.
Each package varies by community but usually includes a resale certificate, the legal documents and the rules and regulations. Additional information as required by the Maryland Condominium Act is included with condominium resale packages.
Resale packages are issued via email only. A link to the package will be emailed to you when the package is prepared.
Only credit card payments are accepted. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
If you cannot pay by credit card, mail a check payable to "TMGA" with your property address and the email to where the package should be sent. Mail to:

Your documents will not be prepared until your payment is received.
A note about processing times:
- TMGA's operating schedule is Monday-Thursday, closed on Friday. Business days are considered Monday-Thursday only and do not include federal holidays.
- We will start processing your order on the first business day after your order is received.
