Deposits are $50 and are required upon booking. Your deposit will be applied to the final cost of your appointment on the day of. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. You may transfer your deposit ONE TIME ONLY if you need to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to protect Jen's time + to enforce the commitment you are making to your appointment. If you need to use your one time deposit transfer, contact Jen directly at divineink23@gmail.comΒ or 302-353-9899 atleast 48 hours before your appointment, otherwise the deposit is forfeited and will need to be repaid to book. No exceptions.
Divine Ink has a 48 hour cancellation policy. You are provided multiple confirmation emails + text messages with your appointment details. These messages include direct links to make necessary changes to your appointment dates/times. If you cancel or reschedule in under 48 hours from your appointment, 75% of the appointment minimum will be charged to the card on file. If your card has insufficient funds, you will not be allowed to rebook until fees are paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No call/No show to your appointment will result in 100% of the appointment minimum to be charged to your card on file. Again, you will not be allowed to rebook until fees are paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are sick, please notify Jen atleast the night before your appointment and you will be allowed to use your one time deposit transfer.

If you find out you are pregnant prior to your appointment, unfortunately you forfeit your appointment and deposit (no cancellation fee). As I am excited for you, I also need to protect my time. I know a lot of pregnancies can be unplanned. You will be more than welcome to rebook after birth!

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no show and will need to reschedule. Jen's work days are scheduled back to back and the time allotted is cruital to allow your appointment and Jen's dayΒ to go as smooth as possible.
