Please fill in the following and if I agree I’m the right artist for you, I’ll get back to you with a quote and a booking link via EMAIL within 3 working days (check your junk email, my emails like to hide in here!)

If you’d like to book an appointment with a friend but are NOT having matching tattoos, you MUST fill out ONE FORM PER PERSON - you can book consecutive appointments at the next stage of booking.

Please read: I work only in fine line black work, and I do not do custom colour pieces, only flash. I do not do cover-ups, nor do I touch/add to other artists work and I do not tattoo fingers & toes, sides of the hand or feet, anywhere from the neck upwards (including behind the ear), as well as some other areas of the body - if you’re unsure whether your piece falls into this bracket, fill in a form anyway and I’ll get back to you. I offer both flash work, and customised work.

Flash pieces are available pre-drawn designs drawn by myself. They are designs I have not tattooed before (or specified repeatable designs) are only available from my "FLASH" highlight or my VIP email. I will not copy another artists work or repeat a tattoo I've done on another client before but I'm happy to draw something similar using a previous design as inspiration - this would be considered a custom piece.

A custom design is a tattoo design we collaborate on - ie, you give me a brief and describe the sort of thing you like, and I draw up a design especially for you. Again, I will not copy another artist but if you've seen another tattoo artists work you like you can use it as a reference image and I can use it as inspiration to draw up something unique to you.

If you’re wanting florals, which particular flowers? Do you want shading and if so, what sort? This is the box for any SPECIFIC specifics, please be as fussy as you need to be to ensure I get your design right first time 🫶🏻
Size (approximate - pls use cm!)
If you don’t have a tape measure to hand please use an object as reference, ie “satsuma size” “£2 coin size” etc etc. I can’t quote you without an estimate size.
Placement (please be specific, ie "lower left forearm" as opposed to just "arm"). Please note, I can’t quote you unless you’re 100% sure about where it’s going! **I do NOT tattoo fingers, toes, side of the hand/palm, or anywhere on the face)**
If your tattoo is in an awkward gap or covering scar tissue, please attach a photo in the “reference pics” section and make a note below!
Is there any other information I need to know? IE health conditions (mental or physical) that may affect your tattoo, or special requirements needed etc. Perhaps you have a gift certificate or voucher code to redeem?
If you’d prefer a silent appointment, please say so here. If you’d like to bring someone along for support, please be aware I can only allow ONE plus-one - if you’re having matching tattoos/a joint appointment, please do not bring anybody else with you due to space limitations. Please note, I do NOT tattoo over numbing cream.
Booking Costs (aka deposits)

No booking is reserved without a small portion of the appointment cost being requested upfront (you may have seen other artists referring to this as a deposit). This is taken off the total cost of the tattoo on the day of the appointment, and specifics of how much and where to pay will be made clear at the next stage of booking. Booking pre-payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and are forfeited in some circumstances (no shows, last min cancellations, etc). Please only submit this enquiry if you understand a booking should only be made if you're certain on the tattoo idea listed above, and agree to some boring ol’ terms and conditions which will be sent (and should be clearly read before committing and part-paying!) if I agree to take your project on.
