The Jason Isaacs Memorial Scholarship Fund

Application for College Scholarship - Submission Deadline December 15, 2025.
Applicant must be a Kentucky high school senior, a USTA Kentucky member, plan to attend college and continue participation as a competitive college player, intramurals, club programs or local tennis leagues.

Applicant must exhibit contributions to community service.

Applicants must prioritize team effort, team spirit, sportsmanship and leadership; either by high school tennis team participation or selected USTA Kentucky team sponsorships in a team atmosphere.

Applicants must support participation in USTA Kentucky sponsored tournaments, including play in the Jason Isaacs Memorial Doubles Tournament.

Applicants must have a letter of support from a coach or teacher included with their application.

The number of scholarships to be awarded will be determined annually by the reserve amount set in the Jason Isaacs Memorial Scholarship reserve funds.
