Please use this form to request the use of Council marketing equipment.

Once we review your request, our staff will contact you to confirm if your requested equipment is available. We are doing all we can to help as many units as possible. Please limit your activities requests to no more than two activities.

RUBBER BAND SHOOTING RANGE NOTICE

Our Unit will run the Rubber Band Range as a BSA Range with all safety precautions in place. Shooters will review the posted safety rules and wear safety glasses while on the range. AT NO TIME will rubber band shooters be aimed at any person.

PLEASE READ THIS USAGE AGREEMENT

Our Unit understands that in checking out Council property, we are taking responsibility for its use in a safe manner and will return the property in a clean and dry fashion. Should cleaning or repairs be necessary, our unit will be billed a $50 cleaning fee for any equipment needing attention. Should the equipment be broken or lost, our Unit will pay for the replacement of the equipment.
