•After the 365 days selling period, unsold merchandise will become the property of Motherhood Closet - Maternity Consignment if you do not request the return of your item(s) prior to the end of the consignment period.

• Unaccepted items become the property of Motherhood Closet - Maternity Consignment if you do not request the return of your item(s) above.

• Prices are determined by Motherhood Closet - Maternity Consignment and periodic markdowns will be taken at the sole discretion of Motherhood Closet - Maternity Consignment.

• Consignors will receive up to 80% of the final selling price. The payout percentage per item will be calculated based on the final selling price of the item. (See: the Payout Chart)

•Request for return of item(s) prior to the conclusion of the selling period (365 days) will incur a $100 fee.

• All consignments are left at the owner's risk. Motherhood Closet - Maternity Consignment is not responsible for the loss by theft, fire, negligent handling, or any other cause.
