I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the American Helicopter Museum & Education Center, its directors, officers, organizers, sponsors, supervisory staff, participants, and any other affiliates; for, from, and against all liability because of any bodily injury, or property damage, known or unknown, which may occur or result from the participation of the above named child in any and all activities whether the result of negligence or for any other cause of the American Helicopter Museum & Education Center. I individually, and as a parent/guardian for my child, have read this release and understood all the terms. I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. I hereby grant the American Helicopter Museum & Education Center permission to use my child's likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the American Helicopter Museum & Education Center and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the American Helicopter Museum & Education Center to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the American Helicopter Museum & Education Center from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
