    • Kindly make sure that the participants have any necessary items to attend this event, including lunch.

    • Please explain to your students or participants what to expect during the field trip experience and the activities.

    • The program will start at the specified time with or without all the participants in attendance. 

    • Our accounting department will send you the payment information within 24-48 hours after completing this form. Please take note that we only work on business hours and business days.

    • For cancellation, please send an email 10 days before the scheduled date. If the cancellation is made below 10 days, funds will not be refunded. If cancellation is made prior to 10 days of the scheduled date, a 50% refund will be issued. Please send cancellation email to dbivins@franklinthehelper.com.

    • By completing this form, you understand that everyone in your group are required to follow the rules and regulations of Franklin Books during the field trip.
