Hello, little crow! Thank you for choosing me to draw your imagination to life! This is where you will fill out your request! Please take care to read every question and statement carefully and that your responses are accurate! I know it may seem a little lengthy, but it's necessary to portray your vision as accurately as possible! Don’t worry, it’s not a math test! Take your time! While I will keep some questions and information professional, I'm still a human with a personality and empathy behind this computer. Being 100% serious, straight-faced (I'm incapable of this by default), and stoic all the time isn't really my brand, so breathe and BE YOU! Joke around in the text responses, be a little personal if you're comfortable with it and if it applies! I won't judge a normal (or awesomely weird) person! As long as your responses ALSO answer the questions, totally fine by me! I love a good laugh or cry! I'm excited to work with you!

    I want this to be an easy, fun, and reassuring experience for my clients! Please take the time to fully read and understand the items below. For further questions and related inquiries, e-mail and social media direct messages are preferred. BY COMMISSIONING MY ART, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE APPROVED ACCESS TO A MEANS OF PAYMENT/PAYPAL ACCOUNT. - REGARDING PAYMENT/REFUNDS ● I WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU ASKING FOR DIRECT PAYMENT! IF YOU RECEIVE A MESSAGE LIKE THIS, IT IS NOT ME. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH SCREENSHOTS AND I WILL HANDLE THE SITUATION! ● Full OR Half* payment must be issued before I work on the image unless other payment arrangements are made. *The other 50% will be required after the approval of the sketch BEFORE I complete any edits and/or changes. FAILURE TO PAY THE SECOND HALF WITHIN A FORTNIGHT WILL RESULT IN THE REFUSAL OF A REFUND unless other arrangements are set with me at my discretion. ● You must complete payment through my Ko-Fi. Upon acceptance, I will send links to my Ko-Fi page to select the same selections you've made here on the appropriate listing and my Notion queue to keep track of what I'm working on to the preferred contact method you provide. Please make sure it is a reliable contact to reach you. ● I accept both Stripe AND PayPal through Ko-Fi. Exceptions may be made in rare instances at my discretion. If you live in my area & you want to pay with cash up front, for example. ● I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress I’ve made. This has never been necessary and will likely only be invoked should the client become abusive or uncooperative or if any unforeseen personal issues arise that preclude me from completing your commission. ● If you; the client; decide to cancel your commission, only a partial refund will be granted unless no work on the commission has been done. I will calculate the amount based on the amount of work completed. ● No refunds will be issued after the artwork is completed. - REGARDING YOU, THE CLIENT ● You MUST fill out this form before I will accept your request. You CANNOT simply request a commission through Ko-Fi as they do not have the specific questions I require answers for! ● You MAY repost your commission so long as proper credit is provided. You MAY also crop said artwork for avatars or banners, but you MAY NOT repost a full, high-resolution image without my signature/watermark and either a link to one of my social media sites or explicit credit noted in the image description or posting. ● You MAY request more than one commission at a time, however, you MAY NOT pay for more than one at a time. REQUESTS COME FIRST. PAYMENT ON ACCEPTANCE. Keep in mind, your initial commission does NOT guarantee acceptance of any others, regardless of whether you have a membership with me or not. ● If you request more than one commission, please fill out a NEW form for each SEPARATE request. ● You MAY NOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or for profit. If your intended purpose is to use the artwork for commercial means, that must be communicated to me beforehand and will be factored into pricing. ● PLEASE LET THE ARTIST KNOW BEFOREHAND IF YOU PREFER YOUR COMMISSION TO REMAIN PRIVATE. This is so I will know to add "(NO PUB)" to the art title as a reminder to prevent the unwanted publication of your commission online. ● You have the right to issue takedown notices of images posted without your consent or my own, provided you own the copyrights to characters or IPs depicted. Most sites will insist on the requestor demonstrating valid ownership, or permission to the characters or IP before processing a takedown request. - EDITS AND CHANGES ● You may request reasonable changes and edits. I will provide progress images to you during the work for approval through your stated, preferred method of contact. It is the responsibility of the client to be as clear and specific as possible on what they want their commission to be. Cooperation will help to limit edits and delays in completing the artwork. I have provided clarifying questions to help you through the process. These are required. I reserve the right to determine what constitutes reasonable changes and edits. ● If you paid half up front, this is the point where the other 50% will be due BEFORE I begin the edits and/or changes. ● You MAY NOT post any edits or traces of the commission produced by yourself or a third party. ● You MAY color line art or paint over a sketch, so long as there is a link to the original sketch, as well as clear credit, provided my contribution to the piece alongside any additional work done by other artists. - REGARDING ME, THE ARTIST ● Starting off, I will only have 5 slots available at a time with a limit of 1 commission per client. Once I am done with one commission, I will open one slot. The regular character sheet limit is 6 to keep production as quick as possible. My Cinematic option is up to 12 as an estimate of demand. If demand equates to or surpasses that of my regular option, I will add more regular quantities. ● I appreciate every commission but please realize that there may come a point in my business where I have other clients who are waiting for my slots to open up. If you have requested more than one commission and one of which has been through the process of acceptance to completion, I will be UNLIKELY to accept your other(s) until/unless I have an opening or a space in requests. ● I reserve the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for use in my portfolio, self-promotion, and sales. I WILL NOT reproduce your commission with the intent to sell or for profit directly from it. ● I reserve the right to set a reasonable time frame for the completion of the commission and extend that time at my discretion. Unforeseen personal issues may arise that prevent me from completing work within the previously stated window. ● I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse a commission for ANY reason. Any requests depicting the subject matter listed below WILL NOT be considered at ANY TIME. This remains the same regardless of whether or not I accept gore/NSFW commissions. This is NOT an enabling space for people who request: ◦ Pedophilia or depictions of underage characters or subjects in a sexually suggestive manner. ◦ Rape, incest, non-consensual groping, or any instances of sexual violence. ◦ Any images condoning or glorifying abusive violence against children, animals, or spouses/partners. ◦ Anything that promotes bullying, bigotry, hatred, racism, discrimination, or depicts violence or harm against any real person, group, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, political group, etc. - NOTE TO PREDATORS & ABUSERS: YOU ARE NOT SAFE OR WELCOME, shopping at my business. As a witness and recipient of commission by people who have potentially been harmed by people like you, if I receive responses containing anything of this sort, I will know you did NOT read and abide by my guidelines and I will know exactly what to report based on your response.     Once I have accepted your commission request, I will send a link to my Ko-Fi shop to select and fill out the appropriate commission listing and my Notion queue to keep track of what I'm working on to your stated, preferred method of contact. After you have paid either 100% OR 50% (please message me if you need this option) of the price upfront, I will get started on your piece. I will create up to 3 rough sketches for you to choose from, then continue the process after selection. The remaining 50% will be required to pay upon your approval after the discussed edits and changes are fulfilled. Until the commission is completed and full payment is received, all updates will be watermarked. Afterward, I will shrink the watermark layer to a small signature. Then, the piece is yours! If you do not respond within a biweekly pay period, you will not be refunded.
