Dear Radda Reviewer Candidate,

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Reviewer on Radda's platform. Here are some important points to note:
- Radda aims to be a welcoming platform for advice, networking, improvement, and income generation. As a Radda Reviewer, you can offer asynchronous feedback to musicians in the form of written, audio, or video reviews and have the option of participating in any relevant competitions, lecture series, and other events.
- As a Reviewer, you are an independent contractor and not an employee.
- You agree to a 20% transaction fee for each review, receiving 80% of the student's payment. Payment is sent within 30 days after completing the review.
- You have one week (7 days) to complete each review from the day you receive the request. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the request without payment.
- Conduct all critiques respectfully, refraining from hate speech, offensive language, sexual remarks, and threats. Non-compliance, especially with minors, will lead to the immediate termination of your profile and can lead to appropriate legal consequences.
- Radda holds no liability for any actions or legal infringements by Reviewers.
- Radda reserves the right to investigate, suspend profiles, and take necessary measures based on reports, including termination of the profile.
- Reviewers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radda from any losses, costs, or damages arising from breach, negligence, or misconduct.
- Either party can terminate this contract with written notice.

Multimedia Release

By signing this agreement, you give us permission to freely promote and advertise you as a Reviewer.
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
I hereby grant Radda, LLC permission to use my likeness in multimedia in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of Radda, LLC’s printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any multimedia using my likeness will become property of Radda, LLC and will not be returned. I acknowledge that since my participation with Radda, LLC is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I hereby irrevocably authorize Radda, LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this multimedia for purposes of publicizing Radda, LLC's programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the multimedia. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Radda, LLC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. This contract can be terminated by either party, at anytime, after submission of written notice.
