1.    Bookings must be paid in full prior to session, booking is not confirmed until payment is made. Payment is to be made to:

2.    Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to commencement; no refund will be made after this time.

3.    A minimum of 8 attendees or $360 is required to secure a group booking. The maximum number of attendees is 24. Cost per person is calculated at $45 per person. 

4.    Modalities are limited to Compression Tech, Infrared Sauna and/or Cold Water Therapy unless otherwise discussed or arranged.

5.    All attendees accept the below disclaimer and will alert staff at the time of the booking if there are health issues that may be exacerbated by their participation.

Hiatus Wellness does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that any results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable. We may suspend, withdraw, or cancel the service at any time without notice.

Your use of the service is at your own risk. All services and products provided by Hiatus Wellness are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement, except where expressly stated otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hiatus Wellness, including its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers, will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or savings) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Hiatus Wellness’ liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
