• Art submissions, Blue Moose Art Gallery

  •  Please submit a separate form for 

    --each new piece of art brought to the Gallery (including single cards and online exclusives that are not already in the Gallery)
    --art that is adding to your existing inventory (restock, including single cards)
    --price changes to existing inventory, including a new photo
    --description changes to existing inventory, including a new photo
    --art that is being removed from the Gallery
    --art that is being removed from the Gallery to become a Website Exclusive
    --art that is being returned to the Gallery and still has Blue Moose barcodes attached.
    Special and custom orders require a different form, which you can access here.

    Please place a label on each piece which includes your name, the price, and the name of the piece.  This will allow the Gallery to match our bar codes with each piece.


    The artist is responsible for the accuracy of the artist's information in the Gallery and the Blue Moose website--it is important that you check submissions after they have been placed in the Gallery and on the website.

  • Action: Select what you want to do by selecting the appropriate action.

  • Type of submission: If this is a submission for placement in the Gallery, simply leave the default as Gallery and continue.

    If this is a website exclusive, make sure to include a photo.  Website exclusives are not available at the Blue Moose Gallery.  For more information, check the Artist Page on our website.

    Otherwise, choose, Tent Sale, Special Event,  Special Order, or Miniature Art Show.  If you are not planning to add these later in the Gallery, you need not include a photo.

  • Title: The name of your piece. This must be a unique name. All pieces must be named (70 characters or less). No quotation marks, please. Note: if you are adding single cards, please use this format for the title: Card $__ Artist first and Last Name. All cards of the same price can be entered as one submission.

    If you already have cards in the Gallery at the specified price, use Restock.

  • Removing Art:  Please choose one option that best fits the piece:*

  • Enter the SKU or the barcode displayed in Vendor Payout. Find the SKU and/or barcode by logging on to Vendor Payout. In Vendor Payout, go to Inventory, then copy the SKU or barcode of the item, and paste it below. MAKE SURE YOU PASTE THE ENTIRE SKU or barcode OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY.

    NOTE: Do not use SKU on the printed barcode, it probably is incomplete.

  • Description: Please include the following information, which will help buyers choose your piece:

    1.     Medium (oil painting, wood turning, wheel thrown pottery, etc.)

    2.     Materials used (types of glazes, types of frames, materials for mixed media, etc.)

    3.    Size, including height, width, depth, sizes of jewelry and chains, and size of framed and unframed art. Photographs of art often do not convey size, and size of art is important information for a buyer.

    If you have your own inventory number, please add it here.  With your inventory number added, you will be able to track your Gallery items more easily.

  • Type: Select the type of art that most closely describes your piece from the dropdown list.

  • Price: This is the amount you are selling the piece for in the Gallery and will appear in the Gallery and online. Numbers only, no $ sign.

  • Number of Pieces: If you are bringing in more than one of the same piece with the same price and Title, put the number you are bringing in here. Otherwise, enter 1.

  • Number of Pieces: If you are taking out more than one of the same piece with the same price and Title, put the number you are taking out here. Otherwise, enter 1.

  • Delivery Date: The date you will bring the piece to the Gallery. If you fill out this form at home and submit it to the gallery, this is important for scheduling purposes.

  • Photo (used for the website and required for online exclusives:

    Provide a photo of the piece (JPG preferred), high resolution is okay. Please provide photos in a square format because they will display better. In order for us to match the photo with the Shopify product, you must label the photo with the same as the Title of your piece (above). For example, if the Title of your piece is High Anxiety, the photo should be "High Anxiety.jpg".  Note that you must submit a photo for website exclusives.

    If you are on a mobile device with a camera, you may download a photo or take a photo directly from your mobile device.
