    * Remember that you can do one Tent Sale submission for all pieces that have the same price.

    Please note that the artist is responsible for the accuracy of the artist's information in the Gallery and the Blue Moose web site--it is important that you check submissions after they have been placed in the Gallery and on the website.

     

  • Action: Select what you want to do by selecting the appropriate action.

  • Type of submission: If this is a submission for placement in the Gallery, simply leave the default as Gallery and continue.

    Otherwise, choose, Tent Sale, Special Event, or Miniature Art Show.  If you are not planning to add these later in the Gallery, you need not include a photo.

  • Title: The name of your piece. This must be a unique name. All pieces must be named (70 characters or less). No quotation marks, please. Note: if you are adding single cards, please use this format for the title: Card $__ Artist first and Last Name. All cards of the same price can be entered as one submission.

    If you already have cards in the Gallery at the specified price, use Restock.

  • Enter the Product SKU displayed in VendorPayouts. Find the SKU by logging on to Vendor Payout. In Vendor Payout, go to Inventory, then copy the SKU of the item, and paste it below. MAKE SURE YOU PASTE THE ENTIRE SKU OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY. Alternatively, you may use the 8 digit barcode if you have that.

  • Description: Please describe for customers the medium, materials used, size, and any other information that will help sell the piece. Size of art is important information for buyer.

    If the submission is for single cards, simply duplicate the title in the description. All cards of the same price can be entered as one submission.

    Also, if you have your own inventory number, please add it here.  With your inventory number added, you will be able to track your Gallery items more easily.

    NOTE: Do not use “ or ‘ when describing sizes of art; please use the word inches or feet. Sorry about the complication, but using “ and ‘ messes with our site’s ability to index and thus search for our pages.

  • Type: Select the type of art that most closely describes your piece from the dropdown list.

  • Price: This is the amount you are selling the piece for in the Gallery and will appear in the Gallery and online. Numbers only, no $ sign.

  • Number of Pieces: If you are bringing in more than one of the same piece with the same price and Title, put the number you are bringing in here. Otherwise, enter 1.

  • Delivery Date: The date you will bring the piece to the Gallery. If you fill out this form at home and submit it to the gallery, this is important for scheduling purposes.

  • Photo For Website only:

    Provide a photo of the piece (JPG preferred), high resolution is okay. Square photos preferred. In order for us to match the photo with the Shopify product, you must label the photo with the same as the Title of your piece (above). For example, if the Title of your piece is High Anxiety, the photo should be "High Anxiety.jpg".

    If you are on a mobile device with a camera, you may download a photo or take a photo directly from your mobile device.
