art that is being removed from the Gallery
art that is being returned to the Gallery and still has Blue Moose barcodes attached
2024 Tent Sale
(submit form no later than 5pm August 15, 2024; submit art no earlier than August 17)
1. Choose “Add New Art Piece” for action
2. Insert your name from the drop down menu
3. Title. For all pieces with the same price, put a sequential number (1,2,3…), followed by TS (tent sale), followed by the price, followed by your name. For example, 1TS10 Julie Grillo means all pieces by Julie Grillo priced at $10. A separate jot form would be needed for 2TS20 Julie Grillo, all pieces by Julie Grillo priced at $20.
4. Description. Copy the title into the Description.
5. Select the type of art.
6. Insert price.
7. Insert Number of pieces.
8. Insert Delivery Date (submit art no earlier than August 17).
9. Submit.
When you submit this form, we will begin to put your information in our point of sale system and on our website.
