2023 One Walk/Run Registration Form

The One Walk

A fundraiser for Christian Education in Sheboygan County since 1971
This year's One Walk will take place on Friday, September 22, 2023. There will be an assembly from 2:45-3:00pm, with the Walk beginning after that (around 3:00-3:15.)

A separate registration form will be needed for EACH of your students at SCS in order to particiapte.

**3K-5rd grade students who participate must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or other adult (with the consent of the child's parent).**

The walk will be followed by the Fall Picnic held on campus from 4-6pm which will be open to all who want to join the festivities!

By signing this registration form, I am giving my permission for my student to participate in the 2023 One Walk and I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Sheboygan Christian School and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected One Walk.
