MOUNT OLYMPUS PROTECTION SERVICES

This Security Services Contract (the "Contract") is entered into between Raheem Samuels, operating under the alias of Mount Olympus Protection Services (referred to as the "Service Provider"), {clientsName}(referred to as the "Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties," effective as of date signed.

1.1 The term of this Contract shall be (selected below), commencing on {date}. Either party may terminate this Contract with a written notice of 30 days.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide security services as described in the selected package(s) detailed below:

a) Introductory Package: 

Routine protection, non-armed security officers. The Client agrees to book a minimum of 4 security officers for each job (unless otherwise agreed by Raheem Samuels)

b) Olympic Package:

Routine protection, armed security officers (unless otherwise agreed by Raheem Samuels)

c) VIP Package:

Routine protection, armed security officers, and tactical training (unless otherwise agreed by Raheem Samuels.)

2.2 All packages include at least 1 security wand on site.

3. Non-Compete Clause

3.1 The Client acknowledges that during the term of this Contract and for a period of they shall not engage the services of any other security provider for similar services within a of the Service Provider's primary place of business.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 The Client agrees to the following payment terms:

a) The Client must pay a deposit of half the total job amount before any services are rendered.

b) The balance of each job must be paid immediately upon completion of services via a mutually agreed- upon payment method.
c) In case of late payment, a $25 late fee will be incurred for each day the balance remains unpaid.

d) Payment details will be contingent upon each job and later detailed in client's invoice. Prices are subject to change.

e) All jobs require a minimum of 5 hours. In the event that a job ends before the 5 hour mark, the clients agrees to still pay the full amount of 5 hours for each security officer present. Prices are subject to change.

 

5. Service Booking and Notice

5.1 The Client agrees to book security services for a minimum of 3 days a week unless agreed otherwise. (single events not included).

5.2 The Client must provide a notice of 6-24 hours for all service requests. Failure to do so will incur a $50 expedited fee.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved by the courts of Florida.

7. Entire Agreement

7.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Security Services Contract as of the date first mentioned.

8. Release of Liability Clause

8.1 Release of Liability Clause:
I absolve Mount Olympus Protection Services and its representatives from all liability for the duration of this agreement, as well as any obligations thereafter.

9. Media Release Clause
9.1 Media Release Clause:
I grant Mount Olympus Protection Services permission to use media of me and everyone in my party for promotional purposes. I fully understand that I would not be receiving any payment for this,
