- Training Periode:

August 4th - October 27th 2025, (Mondays), 13 sessions.

August 6th - October 29th 2025 (Wednesdays), 13 sessions.

- Age groups / Days / Timing:

* 8 & Under: Monday... 5:30 - 6:50pm (1h 20mns).

* 5 & Under: Wednesday... 5:30 - 6:30pm (1 hour).

* Training Fees and Payment Policy.

- Our training fees are $35 per session, payable termly (every 3 months in advance).

- You can choose the option of paying Monthly, this will then bring the fees to $45 per session.

(All fees payment should be made at the start of every month).

* New players & fees:

If a player joins us midway through the term, fees will be prorated accordingly.

* Please note that we do not accept payment per session.

* Registration fee (for new players).

A mandatory registration fee of $120 is required upon registration. This also cover's the player's training kit, (a top - shorts - socks).

PARENTS DECLARATION.

Should LEADS UNITED FC be unable to contact me (the parent of a child), I give my permission to LEADS UNITED FC staff to seek medical assistance for my child if/when this is needed. I will bear full financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

LEADS UNITED FC reserves the right to use any photographs and/or videos taken at any of our training venues and league matches if any, for publicity purposes.

The person filling this registration form MUST be the parent of the child or the legal guardian.

CANCELLATION POLOCY.

MAKE-UP POLICY.

If a session(s) is cancelled because of bad weather condition or coaches not available, a make-up session will be planned withing that same term.

However, if we don't offer a make-up session for any other reasons, that particular session(s) will be carried forward to the following term.

We strongly recommend that parents inform us if their child will miss a session, (we will also appreciate a valid reason for that).

You can do so by sending us a text at this number: (9346 4889).

A session can only be carried forward if a valid proof, such as a Medical Certificate among others is shared about a player missing a session.

BLACKOUT DATES (no training day(s).

We recommend that parents inform the club at the begining of each term before making payment, about any absence of the player during that term.

REFUNDS.

We do not offer refunds. However, we could consider special cases, (for exemple: If a family is relocating out of Singapore.)

INDEMNITY FORM.

Football is a contact sport and as such, injuries do happen. As LEADS UNITED FC is extending it's reach to the community, using various locations as Playgrounds and Parks around the city, we promise to take every precaution to ensure that injuries do not occur during our training sessions and/or league matches.

By signing up to our services, you understand and agree that LEADS UNITED FC, it's staff and players will not be held responsible or liable for any permanent injuries, loss of property or loss of life of your child that may occur from any situation on and/or off the playing field, in whatsoever circumtances during and after their time at any of our training sessions and venues.

LEADS UNITED FC and it's staff will not be held responsible or liable for any permanent injuries, loss of property or loss of life of any player's parent(s) and/or relatives that may occur from any cause whatsoever during and after their time at any of our training venues and/or matches.

We strongly advise parents to get themselves and their family covered with their own personal and family insurances in relation to any sports related injuries, loss of property and any other type of accident.
