Entiendo que los informes de evaluación preparados por Credentialis representan un juicio profesional y no son vinculantes para las instituciones educativas que los reciben.

Entiendo que el tiempo de realización del Reporte estándar (excepto los servicios urgentes) es de 15 días laborables a partir de la recepción de todos los documentos y tarifas requeridos.

Entiendo que todos los servicios pagados no son reembolsables después de 24 horas de pago.

Entiendo que las evaluaciones se basan en la mejor información y recursos disponibles actualmente para evaluadores de credenciales extranjeros en los Estados Unidos. Credentialis se reserva el derecho de reevaluar los sistemas educativos a medida que se disponga de información nueva y adicional. Credentialis no puede garantizar que el solicitante esté de acuerdo con la evaluación. Cualquier pregunta o inquietud acerca del Reporte de Evaluación y traducción debe enviarse por escrito dentro de 6 meses a partir de la fecha de finalización del informe.

Libero a Credentialis de responsabilidad por daños o pérdidas resultantes de: este informe de evaluación o la pérdida de cualquier documento original. Además, cualquier litigio que surja de este Acuerdo se regirá por la ley de Florida y el lugar será el condado Miami- Dade.

I understand that the evaluation reports prepared by Credentialis represent professional judgment and are not binding on the educational institutions that receive them.

I understand that the completion time for the Standard Report (except urgent services) is 15 business days from receipt of all required documents and fees.

I understand that all paid services are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment.

I understand that the evaluations are based on the best information and resources currently available to foreign credential evaluators in the United States. Credentialis reserves the right to reevaluate educational systems as new and additional information becomes available. Credentialis cannot guarantee that the applicant agrees with the evaluation. Any questions or concerns about the Evaluation Report and translation must be submitted in writing within 6 months from the date of completion of the report.

I release Credentialis from liability for damages or losses resulting from: this evaluation report or the loss of any original documents. Furthermore, any litigation arising out of this Agreement will be governed by Florida law and venue will be Miami-Dade County.
