This is a preliminary form to get basic information on your wedding. I will email a quote based on the details you have given.

3 weeks prior to your wedding I will send you a "Final Details" form where we will confirm everything such as final guest count, flavors, cake design, etc.

All orders are subject to 1.75% IL and Will County Sales Tax

I may not be able to duplicate the photos exactly, due to infringement on the original design, supplies available, etc... but I will get a good idea of what you're looking for.

Are you wanting to save a 6" cake to freeze for you anniversary? The top tier of your cake will not automatically be saved, you must add this to your order for an additional fee (check the box above). I will make a separate cake and have it boxed up for you to take home. Please appoint a friend or family member to be in charge of bringing the cake home so it isn't forgotten at the end of the night. Alternatively, you can reach out to me the following year on your anniversary and order a new cake instead of freezing the wedding cake.*

Cake Stand - While not required, it is sometimes desired to have the cakes lifted off the table. Are you purchasing a pedestal/stand or are you renting one from the florist? If so, before purchasing/renting, I will let you know what size you'll need, based on the size of your bottom cake tier. Cakes can be quite heavy, and some pedestals will not hold the weight of a large 4/5 tier cake, in that case, a large stand that is low to the table, over a pedestal, or no stand at all, is preferred. Please check with me first before purchasing or renting*

Small Cake Stand - While not required, it is sometimes desired to have the cakes lifted off the table. Especially nice for the 6" cake option. Please let me know if you are renting or purchasing a stand or pedestal. If you are choosing the 1 tier 6" cake, the base board is 8", so you will need a stand 10"-12". If you are choosing the small tiered cake, the base board is 10", so you will need a stand at 12"-14"*

SWEET TABLE GUIDELINES ~ The following are just suggestions, you can customize any way you'd like. The choices you make in this form are just to get an idea of which treats you are interested in. You will finalize the type and amount of each treat 3 weeks before the wedding in the Final Details form.
