  • Payment Plan Terms

    Payments

    ALL students must pay the Registration Fee of $75, Enrollment Fee of $75 and the Technology Fee of $75 at the time of enrollment per student. All payments are due on the 1st of every month. The payments are to be set up on recurring payments located on the plans and pricing page of the school's website. 

    The first payment is due on July 1st 2025. The last payment of the payment plan will be May 1st 2026. If payments are not made by the 1st of each month, the student account will be suspended until the payment is made in full. If payment is  late, you agree to pay a late fee of $75 along with the regular payment. You will have up to 3 days to make a payment and late fee. If the payment is not made, the student may be administratively withdrawn at the discretion of the Superintendent. Re-enrollment will occur when all fees are paid in full with a new enrollment fee of $75.

    Students will not have access to their classes until the monthly payment is made. All student accounts will be deactivated on the 2nd of each month. The student accounts will remain deactivated until the monthly payment is made. Please adhere to the payment dates listed above.

    All classes are five weeks. All work is due weekly by Sunday at midnight. If the student's is deactivated, they are still held accountable for the work being submitted. In the deactivation phase, if work is not submitted on time, the student will recieve a zero for the assignment. There are no exceptions. If the student is administratively withdrawn due to non payment, no work is due. 

    Attendance

    Students must login during the week (Monday - Sunday) All work must be submitted by Sunday at midnight. A gade of "0" will be given if work is not posted. Students can not be absent more than 40% or don't post for 2 weeks within a five -week period. If this happens, students will be dropped from the class. Students will be placed in that class for the next five weeks. Monthly payments must be paid thoughout this process. 

    Physical Assignments will have work mailed or dropped off and must be mailed back or dropped in the mailbox located at 616 Fairview Avenue in Wilson. This will account for attendance for these students. All work (pages) must be completed or there will be a "Inc" assigned to the class. This may cause a delay in graduation. 

    Senior Fees

    You agree to pay $350 in Senior Fees. All Senior fees are not required to be purchased. If the student chooses not to attend graduation, the fee will be adjusted.
