• IDLV (Indian Driver License Verification)

  • To complete this form, you will need:

    • A scanned copy of your current Indian passport (first and last page). NOTE: If your passport is expiring in less than 6 months, you are not eligible for IDLV. Please apply for passport renewal first.
    • Indian Driver Licence.(Front & back)
    • Proof of your Australian address.(Bank statement, Driver License etc.)
    • Driver Licence Extract (DL Extract - You can get it here.) If you have it’s fine otherwise iVacs will have to order from respective RTO where originally your Driver Licenses is issued.
    • If you're married but your spouse name is not addaded on your passport back page, then you will need proof of marriage and your spouse's passport.
    • A photo of the applicant. Strictly as per the instructions mentioned on next page.

     

    Each document and its details should be clearly visible in your uploaded photo/file.

    Make sure that the edges of the document are NOT being cropped.

  • PHOTOGRAPHS INSTRUCTIONS

  • ALL INSTRUCTONS MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED.

    1. You are requested to take a new NATURAL photo using your mobile phone.(Do not send any old photos, photos of an existing printed photo.)
    2. Any background is OK.
    3. Stand Straight. Take half body photo – up to the waist. Both shoulders should be visible.
    4. Must be equal lighting on face (Click photo in Natural light. There should not be too much shadow / light on any one side of the face)
    5. Both ears must be visible. (Females are requested to tie their hair behind.)
    6. Smile is fine, but no visible teeth should appear in photo.
    7. Do not wear glasses.
    8. Do not edit, crop or any modification at all in any terms.
    9. Do not send selfies. (Please ask someone to click your photo or put timer on your camera.)
    10. Make sure the resolution of the photo is not very low.


    For Minor or new born,

    1. Please let your child sleep on floor on white towel/blanket and take photo.
    2. Eyes should be open.
    3. Make sure the face is straight & clearly visible. (Cloths should not cover any part of the face, no ribbons/cap on the head & we recommend holding their hands downwards)
    4. There should not be too much shadow / light on any one side of the face.


    Take a few photos, send all, we will use one of it. We will convert your photo to 2in x 2in and change the background to white as shown below.
