MPQ TRAVEL & TOURS has no responsibility concerning the following:

Visas does not guarantee the issuance of any visa, the decision to grant a visa lies solely with the Embassy or High Commission concerned.
Any incident caused such as loss, damage, or shipment delay during the mailing process.
It is the responsibility of all applicants to read carefully and understand the requirements set out in the visa application form, complete all application forms truthfully, and provide correct and accurate information and documentation, to ensure that they have a valid passport (meaning it is not damaged/expired and all pages/previous visas are present in it) and on receipt of visa to check the validity of the visa issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested, the number or entries required and that it is valid for trip
Any incident caused such as policy change, COVID-19 epidemic, natural disasters, or other emergencies beyond human control.
The total amount of visa fees and services is non-refundable; visa applications are paid in advance. Visas reserve the right to withhold travel documentation until full payment is received. Visa fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Incorrectly completed documents to get a visa, as well as providing an incomplete set of documents increases the chances of getting a visa refusal from the Embassy.
It is not advisable to buy a true flight ticket/hotel until a visa is issued processing depends upon the Embassy and is not guaranteed ( 2 to 3 weeks minimum )
MPQ TRAVEL is responsible for scheduling appointments, accepting applications, accepting visa and logistic fees, submitting applications at the Embassy, and returning the passport to the applicant/s.
It must be noted that the grant or refusal of the visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and MPQ TRAVEL is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by the Embassy, which reserves the right to ask for further documentation and to refuse the visa application
