An EORI-number is a unique identification number that is to be used for all Customs related activities within the EU, for example when importing from or exporting to a country outside the EU.

Economic operators established in the EU shall always apply for an EORI-number in the Member State where they are established.

1. This form should be only completed by a director.

2. Before submitting this e-Form, you must use the Document Uploader at the end of this page to add and upload a pdf document which includes the VAT Certificate (if applicable), the MFSA Certificate (if applicable), together with the ID card or Passport of one of the directors (foreign directors only). Maltese directors are requested to write their full name and ID card number.
