* Commodity must be specific. Putting “machine, equipment, steel, etc.” is too vague and will not work. What type of machine? What is
the make/model? What type of steel? Steel pipes, steel framework, steel tank?
* Measure overall dimensions after being loaded. Do not rely on BOL. If overweight, the driver will need to go to a scale to get weighed.
* Pick up/delivey dates must be accurate to prioritize who needs permits first, and to make sure permits don’t expire on the driver.
* Route requests must be made before permits are ordered. We always try to get the best route possible, taking into consideration all
posted restrictions, travel times, permit processing times, etc.
