Payments made on this form are for payments made sporatically. Monthly parent portion tuition payments are auto deducted monthly or paid in full. The only way for your child to be "out of uniform" on Fridays is to pay in advance quarterly, by the semester or for the entire year (alternatively, we reserve the right to charge your card on file if your child comes to school out of uniform, per our policy). See below for the payments that can be made on this form.
