To give you a little more information of what the different roles look like, the following are some brief descriptions. Please note that we are looking for 3 people and/or families that are interested in hosting for each weekend so that everyone has a chance to enjoy the fellowship. :)
Hosting-
1) Please arrive at Holy Family by 9:00 am.
2) Two-8 foot tables will be available in the Gathering Space area. Please cover the table with the plastic table cloth.
3) Please make coffee in the Holy Family Kitchen by 9:15 am. It takes only 4 minutes to brew an entire pot, but will stay hot for after Mass. One full pot is sufficient. If you have questions regarding this there is a QR code in near the coffee pot for directions or contact Michelle prior to noon on the Friday of that weekend.
4) Supplies (napkins, cups, styrofoam cups, stir sticks, sugar, creamer) will be available in the kitchenette and marked for Hospitality Sunday. Treats to be placed on trays or napkins as you feel appropriate.
5) Remaining treats can be placed in the Holy Family kitchen (north end of building) or feel free to use as appropriate. Coffee can be dumped down the drain and other drinks can be stored in the small fridge in the kitchenette. Remaining supplies can be returned to the kitchenette area (near Gathering Space). Tables can remain in place and table cloth thrown away.
Baking-
1) Please prepare 2 dozen hand-held baked goods- ideas include: quick breads, muffins, cookies, bars and the like. Sugar-free items have also been well received.
2) These items can be brought to Holy Family on Sunday morning prior to Mass on the day of the event or they can be dropped off at the parish office prior to noon on the Friday before the weekend.
Cheese or Cheese/Sausage Tray-
1) One small tray is sufficient (dinner plate size or smaller).
Thank you very much for sharing your gifts and enhancing fellowship in our Catholic Community! If you have any questions, please contact Michelle at michellel@hffdl.org or 920-921-0580 ext. 104.
