When it comes to using the corporate card at Mpire Financial, we have a clear policy in place to ensure that it is used for business-related expenses only. This policy is designed to maintain transparency, accountability, and financial integrity within the company. We use the company BILL in order to facilitate the corperate card program.
Please also note that they corperate card program is only availible to select employees as dictated by leadership.
Our corporate card policy states that the card should be used exclusively for business expenses that are directly related to the operations of the company. This includes travel expenses, client entertainment, office supplies, and other necessary purchases. Personal expenses are strictly prohibited.
To ensure compliance with this policy, employees are required to submit detailed expense reports for every transaction made using the corporate card. These reports should include receipts, descriptions of the expenses, and any relevant supporting documents. These will all be submitted via the BILL app. This allows us to track and monitor all expenses, ensuring that they align with our business objectives.
In addition, our finance team conducts regular audits to review the expenses incurred on the corporate card. This helps us identify any potential misuse or fraudulent activities. Any violations of the corporate card policy may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, loss of card privileges, or even termination.
At Mpire Financial, we understand the importance of maintaining financial discipline and ensuring that company resources are used appropriately. Our corporate card policy plays a crucial role in achieving these objectives, promoting responsible spending and safeguarding the company's financial interests.
Please note that you may elect your credit limit, but you will need to submit reserves in the amount of the limit selected. This will be deducted from your general ledger.
