King Family Dental Care Dental Warranty

Investment in optimal dental health is a wise long-term decision. It is only obtainable when both provider and patient partner together to maintain optimal dental health. At King Family Dental Care, we strive to exceed your expectations.

King Family Dental Care's Responsibility

If your crowns, porcelain veneers, onlays or partial dentures need replacement within the first 5 years due to breakage, and the tooth is still savable, we will at no charge:

• Replace any crown with a new crown of the same type
• Replace any porcelain veneer with a new veneer
• Replace any onlay with a new onlay
• Replace or repair partial denture with same type of partial denture or same material
• If your bonded (tooth-colored) fillings need replacement within the first 2 years after initial placement, we will at no charge replace any bonded filling with same type of bonded filling. AMALGAM FILLINGS (silver) ARE NOT WARRANTIED.

This excludes damage due to unnatural forces such as accidents, biting on non-recommended foods, and habits such as grinding or clinching. This also excludes a tooth which has been filled and the tooth itself has broken and needs a crown. We cannot predict if and/or when gum or nerve treatments may be required. If needed, they would require additional fees.

Patient's Responsibility 

• Maintain your dental health by receiving routine dental cleanings twice per calendar year with our dental office. If you have a history of periodontal disease (gum disease) you will be required to have 3 or 4 dental cleaning visits per year, depending on your diagnosis. This allows us the ability to thoroughly check your restorative dental work at various intervals throughout the year.

• Gum infection and Bacterial decay easily spreads from one tooth to another, therefore your path to optimal dental health requires a comprehensive approach. All recommended treatment in the quadrant (quarter of the mouth containing the tooth in question), will need to be completed at our office within a one-year period.

• A 24-hour notice must be given in the event that you are unable to keep your dental appointments.

• Warranty will be null and void if you do not perform the suggested treatment plan and receive the recommended number of dental hygiene cleaning appointments within a calendar year.
