SUBCONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

This Subcontractor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Raheem Samuels, operating under the alias of Mount Olympus Protection Services, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and {subcontractorsName} (the "Subcontractor") on this signed date of this agreement.

I. Scope of Work: The Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and any other facilities required to complete the following Services:

- Security Officer presence.

- Security officers with a valid firearm license if in possession of a firearm.

- Ensure safety of patrons in the establishment.

- Be alert and proactive in preventing and detecting any threats

- Perform thorough security checks of patrons before entering the establishment.
- Any other services which the Parties may agree upon.

2. License and Proof of Enrollment:

The Subcontractor must possess a Class D or higher Security Officer License within the state of Florida or provide proof of enrollment in the necessary classes within 30 days of this agreement.

3. Media Release: The Subcontractor grants Contractor the permanent right to use their name, likeness, and any media content (including photographs and videos) taken for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to advertisements, marketing materials, and online platforms.

4. Noncompete Agreement: The Subcontractor agrees that within a 50-mile radius of [Specify Location]. Florida, they shall not engage in similar security services or directly compete with Contractor for a period of [Specify Duration]. starting from the effective date of this Agreement.

5. Payment Details: The Subcontractor shall be compensated for their Services and Responsibilities by the owner of Mount Olympus Protection Services.

Payments are to be made upon completion of services via any mutually agreed-upon means.

 

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

 

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

 

8. Additional Terms: Furthermore, by executing this contract, the subcontractor/security guard agrees to the following terms:

- If the subcontractor/security guard obtains their class D and/or class G license under Mount Olympus Protection Services' partnership discount with their training company, they are legally obligated to perform work for Mount Olympus Protection Services for a duration of 12 consecutive months, commencing from the date of obtaining their license(s), while still retaining the right to work for other companies concurrently.
