  • Booklet Mailout

    Available to any student in Alberta or N.W.T. only.

  • Booklet mailout is optional. A copy of the booklet is viewable online within the course.

    If you have a Calgary address, this form should be filled out at least 4 business days before the class start date or mailout will not be done. 

    If you have a non-Calgary address, this form should be filled out at least 6 business days before the class start date or mailout will not be done.

    How it works:

    1) Sign up and pay for the course (should already be done).
    2) Fill in this form. Any form filled out with information which does not match the order number will be deleted, so please enter your information carefully and correctly.
    3) Send an e-transfer to "ibstar (at) wealthsimple (dot) me". $19 for one booklet, $38 for two booklets, or $51 for three booklets. In the e-transfer "message", please type the last name of the student.
    4) Submit the form.

    There are no refunds for the mailout cost OR the cost of your course once the booklet has been mailed to you.

    We will mail the booklets in excellent condition, usually the day after you fill out the form (We will not be mailing out booklets between December 15 and December 25). We are not responsible if there are delays with Canada Post or if the booklet arrives damaged. Thanks for your understanding.

  • Booklet Pickup

    Booklet pickup is available at Waldo's at 625 14th ST NW in Calgary (Parking is available at the back of the building, you can enter through the back door and go down the stairs). They are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. This form must be filled out three days before you want to pick up the booklet, four days if you fill out the form on a Friday. For example, if you fill out the form on June 3, the earliest you can pick up your booklet is June 6 at 1:00pm. Only contact Waldo’s to confirm opening hours; they are only a pick-up location for us and they will not be able to answer any of your questions. Email us if you have any questions. Any form filled out with information which does not match the order number will be deleted, so please enter your information carefully and correctly.

  • How to make payment

    Please send an e-transfer BEFORE filling out this form. This is so you don't forget to do it after you submit the form. Form submissions will be deleted if e-transfers are not received within one hour of the form being submitted. In the e-transfer "message", please type the last name of the student.
