FAQs

Will parking be available? Yes. Parking is available along the side of the building and will be on a first come first serve basis. We encourage community partners to arrive early to secure the closest parking space to the event area.

What time can set up begin? You may arrive as early as 8:15am to set up your table and any demonstrations you plan to provide.

What’s included if my business participates in the community health fair? Each community partner will be provided with one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs. If your business or organization requires more than what is included, you are more than welcome to bring the additional resources you need to represent your business/organization, you will just need to let us know so we can prepare for the proper space needed to accommodate your needs.

You will also receive a coloring page in addition to advertisement on our Facebook Page, website, and in various social media posts leading up to the event.

Will electrical outlets and WiFi be available? There are no electrical outlets or WiFi available at this venue.

Will there be restrooms on site? Yes. There are restrooms within the building and one of our staff members and/or volunteers will be able to assist you with gaining access to them.
