I give my permission to any person or any company to release any information concerning my employment or rental history. I also give Meadowbrook & Meadowridge Apartments permission to obtain such information as well as obtain a credit and criminal report.
Meadowbrook Apartments reserves the right to decline any applicant before or after the application submission. Such matters affecting the decision could include but not be limited to employment, negative rental history, credit history, and/or criminal history. Any information discovered any time prior to the signing of the rental agreement could result in the Landlord deciding to no longer offer an apartment.

MEADOWBROOK & MEADOWRIDGE APARTMENTS INFORMATIONAL
We do not accept checks for the application fee, first month's rent or security deposit/holding fee. Once the initial fees have been paid, our residents are encouraged utilize ACH for rent payments or pay with a check.
If you are interested in renting an apartment, we require a $45 application fee paid online or at the time of the viewing. Applications are not able to be processed until the application fee has been paid.
*If a prospective resident does not have a minimum rental history of one-year, current minimum employment of one year, a good credit score or if they have a negative credit history, their application may be denied, or a co-signer may be required. *
Co-signer applications require a $20.00 payment for processing. The co-signer is responsible for the lease, for the length of the lease term and for paying the monthly rent amount by the first day of the month every month if the resident is not able to.
Partial holding fee/deposits are not accepted to hold an apartment. Holding fees given to reserve a specific apartment are non-refundable.
Move-in dates before noon on the first of the month are not guaranteed. If a resident moves into an apartment a few days early, they are required to move out the same number of days early at the end of the lease or pay the pro-rated rent amount for those extra days with their first full month's rent.
Application fee, security deposit, and first month's rent must be paid via ACH, money order or cash. Rent payments after this may be paid with a personal check or ACH. No personal checks allowed for initial payments. 12-MONTH LEASES ONLY.
