Reservation & Deposit: Please send a private message regarding the date and item you are needing. We require a deposit of half of the rental fee, along with the signed rental agreement to hold your item and date. Your deposit goes towards your rental fee. However, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any remaining balance MUST be paid in full before the Item ships or is picked up. We accept PayPal & Venmo. Please advise as to which payment method you'd like to use, and we will send you the payment info. A copy of your Driver's License or Identification Card is required for ALL first-time renters.
Mailing & Returning of Items: The item will be mailed out on the Monday before your pageant. If your pageant is NOT on a Saturday/Sunday or you will be leaving out of town for your pageant earlier in the week, please message us before reserving the item. We will message you the tracking number once the item is shipped. (The estimated arrival time is 2-3 days.) The return mailing is the RENTER'S responsibility. We do NOT provide you with a Pre-Paid Shipping Label. You can ship back to us using USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx. Item must be mailed back to us the following Monday after your pageant unless other arrangements have been made before us shipping out. Sometimes items will have to be mailed directly to the next renter for the following weekend. In the event that you're asked to mail to the next renter, the item MUST BE SHIPPED UPS. If the item is NOT mailed out to the next renter on that following Monday, you must send via UPS Next Day, or FedEx Next Day, which is more expensive. The tracking number MUST be sent to us, once shipped. We STRONGLY recommend that you purchase insurance when returning an item. If NO insurance is purchased an item is lost or changed upon return, the renter WILL be liable to pay for the item at which it is valued at. Item must be mailed out the following Monday so that we can have time to clean and have the item ready to ship out for the following weekend if needed. (Please let's be considerate of others!) If the item is NOT mailed back the following Monday and NO message to make other arrangements has been sent a $25 LATE FEE will be charged. All items should be mailed back in the same box or the same size box that you receive them in. All items should be placed inside of a plastic bag (garbage bag or garment bag) and tied up before placing them in the box to ship back.

Local Renters: You may try on, pick up, and return dresses to my home. However, the above guidelines still apply. You may pick up as early as Monday, the week of your pageant, and you must return the dress to me the Monday following your pageant unless otherwise arranged.
Conditions & Core: Absolutely NO smoking around items and NO eating or drinking when it is being worn unless you are using, a cape or bib to protect it. We clean and re-stone (if needed) all our items before sending them out. Also, remember these items are rentals and may have slight flaws. We strive to thoroughly check items before sending them out. However, if there is an item issue once received, please contact us immediately, so we can address it. Due to some items having tulle, stones/diamonds, fringe, custom dyed, etc. please do NOT dry clean or wash items! Also, please do NOT pin your pageant number on the tulle or satin skirts as this leaves HOLES in the material! Please use a dress magnet if possible. If you do not have one, please pin the pageant number on YOURSELF if you will be walking on stage with the child OR pin on another part of the dress.
Alterations & Repairs: Please CHECK measurements to ensure the item will fit properly. No refunds or credits will be given for items NOT fitting. Always feel free to ask any questions. Most items have a corset back or elastic waistband, so they can easily be adjusted. Any alterations to the item, such as pinning or temporarily adding any accessories MUST be removed before mailing the item back. We understand that accidents do happen! Just please be upfront and honest with us, and we will address any repairs with you that may be needed.
Cancellations & Refunds: If your pageant is canceled or if you are not able to attend your pageant, unfortunately, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have already paid in full and if your item has NOT yet been mailed out, a refund (minus the deposit) will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. Also, please remember we have NO control over the mail If the item is not received in time due to UPS, FedEx or USPS...NO refund will be given...ONLY rental credit. Also, any rental credits must be used within ONE year from the date issued or the credit will be voided.

We reserve the right to file criminal charges or civil lawsuits if items are not returned. We rent and ship items within the United States only.
