Refunds are only possible if cancelled at least 7 days before the Workshop Date. 

Dogs taking part in our workshops must be comfortable in a class environment. If your dog has reactivity issues, please contact us first before registering. If a dog is deemed a safety risk to other dogs, people or the trainers, they can be excluded on the day without a refund.
