Every Modern Luxe project begins with intention, discretion, and an uncompromising standard of care. As a boutique studio, we accept a limited number of clients at a time—allowing us to offer a truly personalized, concierge-level design experience.

To begin your journey, we invite you to complete our brief Design Discovery Application. This questionnaire allows us to understand you—your lifestyle, your home, and your vision—so we may prepare for a meaningful and highly focused conversation.

Once your application is submitted, it will be personally reviewed by our studio. Approved clients will receive a confirmation text and email reserving their private Design Discovery Call, where we will review your responses together and explore the possibilities for your home.
