Purpose of the Consultation:

The Consultation is designed to discuss your desired hair goals, assess your current hair condition, and determine the most suitable hair extension method and style for you.

 

Quality of Hair Extensions:
The hair extensions provided are made of 100% Virgin/Remy human hair, which ensures a natural look and feel. However, please note that variations in hair texture and color may occur due to the natural characteristics of human hair.

 

Expected Lifespan:
The hair extensions are designed to last up to 9-12 months when properly maintained. However, it is important to understand that the lifespan of the extensions depends on various factors, including but not limited to the client's natural hair type, aftercare routine, and adherence to maintenance guidelines.

IMPORTANCE OF AFTERCARE

The client acknowledges that proper aftercare is crucial for maintaining the quality, appearance, and lifespan of the hair extensions. They understand that failure to follow the aftercare instructions may result in reduced longevity or damage to the extensions 

 

Client Responsibilities 

At Home Care Maintenance

A. Brush the hair extensions gently and thoroughly at least twice a day, using a suitable extension-friendly brush or comb.

B. Limit washing their hair to 1-2 times a week, using gentle sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners specifically recommended for hair extensions.

C. Prioritize the use of heat protectant products when using hot styling tools on the extensions to prevent damage.

D. Avoid sleeping with wet hair, as this can cause tangling and potential damage to the extensions.

Maintenance 

 

It is highly recommended that the client schedules regular maintenance appointments as advised by the hairstylist. 

Weft move ups every 4-6 weeks

Tape-in move up every 4-6 weeks 

I-tips move up 5-6 weeks 

F-tips move up 9-12 weeks

LIMITATIONS ON GUARANTEE

 

While the hair extensions are of high quality, it is important to note that individual results may vary. Factors such as natural hair type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions can influence the overall outcome and durability of the extensions. Therefore, no specific guarantee or warranty is provided regarding the exact duration or appearance of the hair extensions.

I acknowlegde that I have been informed of the daily maintenance for hair extensions and have been told how to properly take care of them and my natural hair. I understand that the extensions are more sensitive than intact human hair. 

I agree to properly brush and take care of my extensions and if I fail to do so or fail to make it back into the salon for regular upkeep and maintenace, you may see wear & tear on the natural hair in which case the salon and stylist are not liable for.

 

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds on any hair services or deposits.

 

Cancellation Policy

  If you choose to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.  You must pay the cancellation fee and a new deposit before rebooking.

Multiple cancellations/no show will result in no longer being able to book appointments.

Showing up more than 15 mins late to your appointment will result to a no show.

NO CALL/NO SHOW will be a charged cancellation fee, forfeit deposit, and will not be able to book any future appointments.
