Purchasing:
Be a responsible buyer and submit an order if you are 150% sure.
An invoice of your order will be sent to your email address 24-48 hours after filling out the order form.
Please take note of payment due date. Non-payment means cancellation of your order.
Pre-order means it will come from other countries, so please be patient with us.
Payment:
For onhand items, full payment must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of invoice.
Send your proof of payment by replying to the invoice sent to you via email or you can send it to thekpoptrap@gmail.com.
Mode of payment is bank transfer or machine deposit, no COD.
Cancellation of Order/s:
Once the order form has been SUBMITTED, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
No refund will ba made once payment is done.
Refund:
If the product is NOT SECURED, you can apply for a refund.
We will not be held liable for item/s that are DAMAGED while in transit to UAE.
We will not be held liable for missing or damaged item/s inside a sealed item/s or any other similar incident beyond our control.
For damaged outbox, as per companies/manufacturers, all dents, scratches, or any form of damage to outbox due to shipping will not be subject for returned/exchange as outboxes are to protect the components inside according to their policy thus cannot be returned/exchanged.
Shipping:
We will be sending an update through email or direct message on your SNS account or message on the mobile number provided once your order is ready for ship out.
