USAGE RIGHTS

This Agreement represents terms and conditions between artist and The Texas Professional Photographers Association (TPPA).

Before submitting their artwork, all artists who want to participate in this competion must agree to the following:

- TPPA will use your images only for marketing, promotional, and display purposes for any competition on our website.

- You the artist agrees to allow TPPA to archive choosen artwork as part of our exhibitions. This will be available for public viewing on our website. (TPPA.org)

- Selected works will include artist name and title of work.

- Artist shall retain all copyrights of any image they submit to TPPA.

- Entry fees are non-refundable.
