Primrose School of Bothell Tuition & Rates

For working parents who require full day programs for their children. Tuition includes: 

• Morning educational programs
• Early morning and afternoon academic enrichment programs
• Nutritious breakfast, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack

Please note the following payment conditions: 

• All credit/debit card payments are subject to 3% processing fee 
• Waitlist fee of $150 is non-refundable 
• Registration/equipment fee of $300 is non-refundable 
• Registration fee, plus first month's tuition is due at time of registration is non-refundable
• We offer a 10% discount for siblings

Tuition Payments Terms and Conditions

All tuition payments are due by the first of the month. There is a grace period until the 5th of the month. After this time, a $60 late fee will be added to your account. If payment is not received after the first late fee is assessed, an additional $5 will be added each week until tuition is paid in full. 

After the 15th of the month, if your account continues to go unpaid, your child will no be permitted to attend until payment is received in full. 

Please see the Center Director for payment plans. If an established payment plan is in default, care will be suspended. 

By signing this tuition form, I acknowlege that I understand the fees laid out in the table above. I also recognize that late tuition payments may result in a late fee, and continued default on my child's tuition account may result in an interruption of care or unpaid charges being sent to a third party collection agency. 

By signing the waitlist form, I acknowledge that I have paid the non-refundable waitlist fee of $150, placing my family on the priority waitlist.
