HOW TO APPLY

1. Before You Apply

Before completing this form, please:
- Review visa eligibility at homeaffairs.gov.au
- Check AIA course details, entry requirements, and English proficiency standards
- Understand tuition fees and living costs in Australia
- Familiarise yourself with the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) and visa compliance requirement
2. Submitting Your Application

To apply:
- Complete all sections of this form
- Upload certified supporting documents
- Review and sign the Student Declaration (final page)
- Submit online, or email your completed form and documents to admissions@auscanus.edu.au
3. Assessment & Offer

Once received, AIA Admissions will assess your application and may request additional documents (e.g., financial evidence).

If successful, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer and Written Agreement outlining your course details and conditions.
4. Acceptance

To secure your place:
- Review and sign the Letter of Offer and Written Agreement
- Provide payment evidence and return both documents to admissions@auscanus.edu.au
- AIA will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for your visa application
- Attend orientation and enrolment on campus.

Step 6: RPL/CT & Transfer to AIA
RPL/Credit Transfer (CT) and OSHC Details
Are you seeking Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT)?
If 'Yes', then please fill out the remainingform and contact the training manager for further details about the RPL/CT process or email admissions@auscanus.edu.au after your submission.
Do you require AIA to obtain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for you?
If 'Yes', AIA will include the OSHC cost in your Letter of Offer with your Written Agreement.
Transferring Student to AIA Details

If you are currently enrolled in another institute in Australia, please provide a release letter. You will need to go back to Page 2 and upload the Release Letter or Email it to admissions@auscanus.edu.au once you submit your application. Failure to provide a release letter or provided misinformation, may lead to loss of deposit paid to AIA.
