  • 1. Before You Apply

    Before completing this form, please:

    • Review visa eligibility at homeaffairs.gov.au
    • Check AIA course details, entry requirements, and English proficiency standards
    • Understand tuition fees and living costs in Australia
    • Familiarise yourself with the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) and visa compliance requirement
  • 2. Submitting Your Application

    To apply:

    • Complete all sections of this form
    • Upload certified supporting documents
    • Review and sign the Student Declaration (final page)
    • Submit online, or email your completed form and documents to admissions@auscanus.edu.au 
  • 3. Assessment & Offer

    Once received, AIA Admissions will assess your application and may request additional documents (e.g., financial evidence).

    If successful, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer and Written Agreement outlining your course details and conditions.

  • 4. Acceptance

    to secure you place:

    • Review and sign the Letter of Offer and Written Agreement
    • Provide payment evidence and return both documents to admissions@auscanus.edu.au
    • AIA will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for your visa application
    • Attend orientation and enrolment on campus.

  • *Note: The qualifications, or the packaged streams, are delivered as full-time study over the durations specified for each course, inclusive of breaks and holidays. However, the total duration may vary depending on the mode of delivery, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), and/or Credit Transfer. If you are uncertain, please submit your application with all required information and documentation. An AIA Admissions team member will contact you if further clarification is needed.

  • If you are currently enrolled in another institute in Australia, please provide release letter. You will need to go back to Page 2 and upload the Relase Letter or Email it to admissions@auscanus.edu.au once you submit your application. Failure to provide a release letter or provided misinformation, may lead to loss of deposit paid to AIA.
