DropMint will utilize your deposit until it is fully exhausted. When your Cadet's balance reaches $100 or less, DropMint will promptly contact you to arrange for further deposit. If, despite our efforts, DropMint is unable to secure the necessary deposit and your Cadet's balance is exhausted, regrettably, laundry processing will be temporarily suspended until additional funds are provided. In the event your Cadet has a negative balance we will utilize the card on file to settle the remaining balance.*
DropMint takes responsibility for items while they are in our possession. Any instances of lost, misplaced, or damaged items that occur before pickup or after delivery are not covered by DropMint's liability. Our service includes picking up and delivering from the Army & Navy Academy Campus. Please note that actions occurring on the Army & Navy Academy Campus that may affect your Cadet’s items are beyond DropMint's liability. *
