I/We agree that the property listed above will be vacated completely, including all belongings and rubbish, and that all keys, keyfobs, and/or remotes will be returned to the DB Realty office by the vacate date set out below. I/We understand and acknowledge that I/we am/are fully responsible for the property until the vacate date even if keys are returned early.

I/We acknowledge that the Residential Tenancies Act provides that the tenant must not use bond as rent. The landlord/agent may enter the premises to show the premises to prospective tenants on a reasonable number of occasions if the tenant gets reasonable notice on each occasion.
