Holiday Craft Fare Vendor Registration

St. John's Holiday Craft Fair

Saturday, November 4th, 2023

9am-3pm

Before your Register

All Crafter's must display either

(1) a copy of their City of Kingman Business License OR

(2) a Special Event Vendor Permit from the City of Kingman. (LINK HERE) This will need to be pre-filled and submitted with a seperate CHECK made out to St. John's UMC. Our staff will submit all the Vendor Permit Applications and provide the "Display Copy" to Vendors upon arrival.

Setup Times will be Friday 11/3/2023 4pm-6pm & Saturday 11/4/2023 6am-8:30am.

Vendor Vehicle(s) must be at dedicated parking area by 8:45am.

You are welcome to have a free drawing at your table.

Please remain setup until 3pm and remember to completely clean up your space before leaving.

Please refrain from alcohol, smoking or vaping, inapproprate signs, shirts or hats.

Payment Options

(1) CASH or CHECK: Make payable to "St. John's UMC Kingman" with a note designating "Craft Fair" and deliver payment to the church office during regular business hours.

(2) ONLINE: After completing this form, Go to https://launcher.nucleus.church/flow/4fc2beb6aab3d9e4cad2?nucleuslauncher=openflow&nlflow=4fc2beb6aab3d9e4cad2 and enter the total amount due, then select "Craft Fair Table Registration" from the second screen.

Once your registration payment has been confirmed, your table reservation will be locked in.
