Requirements
I have completed one of the following activities in the past two years that satisfy the requirements for the Perinatal Health Specialist recertification:

10 continuing education hours of Pelvic Health Network (PHN) training related to maternal and/or infant healthSubmitted a manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal pertaining to maternal and/or infant health (equivalent to 10 PHN continuing education hours)Presented a peer-reviewed poster on a maternal and/or infant health topic at a professional conference (equivalent to 10 PHN continuing education hours)Spoken at a professional conference on a topic related to maternal and/or infant health (equivalent to 10 PHN continuing education hours)Fulfilled 10 continuing education hours through the Pelvic Health Network as a perinatal health instructor (2 years), PHS certification exam question writer (2 years), and/or professional blog author (minimum of two 500-word blogs per year)
List one or more of the following as applicable: a) continuing education Pelvic Health Network trainings attended, b) title and submission date of a peer-reviewed article, c) presentation, d) poster, e) professional blog(s), or f) PHN courses that you have taught that are related to maternal and/or infant health.
One peer-reviewed journal article, presentation, or poster is equivalent to 10 continuing education hours. One 500-word professional blog is equivalent to 2.5 continuing education hours. Hours for creating and teaching Pelvic Health Network courses and/or writing PHS exam questions must be logged and uploaded via an Excel spreadsheet.
Upload one or more of the following as applicable: a) copies of continuing education certificates for PHN trainings, b) journal article manuscript submission, c) professional presentation, d) professional poster, e) blog article(s), or f) PHN courses taught.
