    You will receive a free admission to the Garden of Quilts on the day(s) when you volunteer with SHW . We will be selling T-Shirts this year and would like for as many Volunteers as can to purchase a shirt to wear at the event to help advertise. The T-Shirts will be available at a discounted price for you and we will let you order the size & style you would like. Make sure to plan your shift so you can visit the other quilt displays in the gardens before of after your shift. Thank you for serving with us!

  • Garden of Quilts Shifts 8:30am-12:30pm, 12-3:30pm & 3-6pm

    Keep an eye out for an email from us with all the details you will need for your selected times.

  • Shift 1 starts at 8:30am, Shift 2 starts at 12pm Shift 3 starts at 3pm.  If you are able to stay all day please sign up for all shifts for that day. Food is available to purchase there or bring your own lunch.

    Saturday Clean up shift will start as early as 5pm Saturday night and includes the following: Take down, Loading, Transport back to our Warehouse, Unload at our SHW Warehouse 391 W 700S  Pleasant Grove.

  • Unloading Shift: We need Volunteers to help unload at the SHW Warehouse in Pleasant Grove around 7:15pm on Saturday. Husbands, strong family members, neighbors welcome. Please add their information below. We will organize communications to let this group know our ETA and when to meet us there.

    Clean up includes: Take Down, & Loading at Stitching Hearts WH. Address: 391 W 700 S Pleasant Grove
