- Group Tours are for 10 or more total guests (70 student maximum)- In order to accommodate a group visit, requests must be submitted 3 weeks prior to a group tour- We will respond within 7-10 business days of your request form submission If you have questions about group tours, please contact (ugcampusvisit@ecu.edu)
Group Tours are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10 AM & Mondays & Wednesdays at 2 PM.

Chaperone Expectations
Our tour guides and professional staff expect disciplinary issues to be addressed by chaperones; therefore, you must help students understand proper behavior before the campus visit. Chaperones must stay with their respective groups at all times. You must bring a list of emergency contact names and phone numbers for all students in your group. Chaperones are solely responsible for students in their respective groups.
Chaperone Requirements
Your group must have one chaperone for every six participants ages 4 to 5.Your group must have one chaperone for every eight participants ages 6 to 8.Your group must have one chaperone for every ten participants ages 9 to 14.Your group must have one chaperone for every twelve participants ages 15 to 17.
