Required Parent Meetings
Parents of dancers accepted into the Company must attend a parent meeting on Sunday, September 24, 3:30pm at Johansen Olympia Dance Center.

Parents of dancers into the Community Cast must attend a parent meeting on Sunday, October 1, time TBD at Johansen Olympia Dance Center.

There will be NO virtual meeting option, parents must attend in-person.

Participation Fees
Please note: Ballet Northwest is raising its participation fees for the first time in five years due to increased labor and rental costs at the Washington Center. Family discounts, payment plans, and financial aid are available to ensure everyone can participate without financial barriers.

Community Cast participation fee includes Nutcracker rehearsals, performances, and costume use (dancers provide own shoes and potentially tights and other accessories).

Company Cast participation fee includes Nutcracker AND Coppelia rehearsals, performances, and costume use (dancers provide own shoes and potentially tights and other accessories). The fee also includes weekly company classes, and multiple master classes and educational seminars.
